I stumbled across this serene little bay, sheltered from the morning breeze one winter morning. I was visiting Golden Bay for a family holiday with my eye on the scenery. The tide was creeping in, myself and my Father, also a painter were up to our undies in freezing water photographing the beautiful reflections cast by the boats moored.
