Stanley Point Sailboats was created with summer fun in mind, the distant moorings and the expectations of the local kids doing backflips into the sea, contrasting with the urban city-scape. Stanley Bay is a beautiful area, it's right in the heart of Devonport but almost feels like it's own little retreat and is captured in vibrant summer colours in this artwork.
