Located at Lake Alexandrina in the Mackenzie Basin these rustic fishing dinghies are two of many dotted around the lake edge. The water is still, the Autumn evening is warm, not breath of wind. This view across the still lake features the gentle slopes of Mt Joseph 1682m in the left and Mt Erebus 2311m on the right with the Cass Valley dividing the ranges and the Cass River feeding into Lake Alexandrina.
